Synti AppsTerms of Service

What this is
Two apps and an online service behind them. Synti App Creator makes apps from your description, using your own AI subscription on your own computer. The Synti App Hub is where shared apps are found and installed. The service keeps accounts, subscriptions and the store.
What you own
The apps you make are yours: the apps themselves, everything you keep in them, and what you do with them. We claim nothing in them. You are responsible for what you make and for what you publish.
Your account
An account exists so a subscription can follow you between computers. Keep the email you sign in with; anyone with access to it has access to the account.
Subscriptions
A subscription buys what the applications offer you — never access to what you have already made. It renews until you cancel, and cancelling leaves it running until the end of the period you paid for. Subscriptions are sold by Polar (polar.sh) on our behalf: Polar is the seller you pay, charges the tax your country asks for and sends the receipt, under its own terms of sale, which you accept when you pay. What the subscription gives you, and refunds, are set out here and in our Refund Policy.
Publishing
Publishing to the store means other people may install and run your application. Do not publish anything you do not have the right to, anything designed to damage the person who installs it, or anything unlawful. We may remove a listing that does; the copies people already installed are theirs.
What we do not promise
Software written by an AI can be wrong. Check what an application does before trusting it with something that matters, exactly as you would check any other software. The applications are provided as they are, without warranty.
If we stop
Everything you have made keeps working: it runs on your computer and needs nothing of ours. What would stop is the store, update notices and subscriptions.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, where Synti Apps is made. If you use Synti Apps as a private person, you also keep every protection the law of your own country gives you - nothing here takes it away. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most things are settled that way. If they are not, a dispute goes to the courts of Ukraine, or to the courts of your own country where its law gives you that right.
