Who takes the payment
Polar (polar.sh) sells every subscription on our behalf and is the seller you pay: the payment, the tax, the receipt and the refund are handled by them, on our instruction. Polar's own terms of sale apply to the payment; this page says when we refund.
When we refund
Within 14 days of a charge, for any reason, ask and it is refunded. After that, ask anyway: if the software did not do what this site says it does, it is refunded.
How to ask
Write to us from the address you signed in with, or cancel and ask through Polar's own page, which you reach from Settings → Subscription in either application.
What a refund does not take away
Nothing you made, and nothing you installed. Applications on your computer keep working and keep their data; what ends is the subscription and what it offered.
