Synti Apps is in beta
Synti App Creator, the Synti App Hub and this site are still being finished. While the beta lasts, what you use is a test version: it works, and we use it ourselves every day, but it is not yet the finished product, and it changes often.
No commitments
During the beta we make no promise that any feature, screen, app or listing will stay as it is, keep working without interruption, or exist once the beta is over. We may change, pause, reset or remove any of them at any time, without notice, and without owing anybody anything for it. Prices and paid plans are the one exception: they change only as the Terms of Service say. Nothing said about Synti Apps during the beta - on this site, in the apps or anywhere else - is a promise of what the finished product will be or when it will come.
What is free during the beta
While the beta lasts, every account is given Premium Creator at no charge. It is a gift for the beta, not a plan you bought: it may end at any time, for everybody at once, and when it ends its extras end with it - publishing to the App Hub, making several apps at once, more than one workspace - unless you choose a paid plan. Nobody is owed a free period of any length, a discount or anything in its place. The apps you made and everything in them stay yours and keep working, as they always do.
The App Hub during the beta
The apps in the App Hub during the beta are a test catalog. Listings, ratings, notes and the points counted for makers may be changed, reset or taken down while the beta lasts. Points are a measure of use, not money, and nothing about them during the beta is owed to anybody.
Keep your own copies
Everything your apps keep is on your own computer, never with us - so it is yours to look after. Software in beta can have faults that lose or damage what it holds. Keep copies of anything that matters to you; we are not responsible for a loss that a copy of your own would have prevented.
What you tell us
If you tell us what works, what does not or what you would like, we may use it to improve Synti Apps, freely and without owing you anything for it. Thank you - it is what the beta is for.
How this fits with the Terms
The Terms of Service apply to the beta as they do to everything else, including what they say about warranties and liability; this page says what the beta means within them. Nothing here takes away a right that the law of your country gives you as a consumer.
When the beta ends
When the beta ends, we will say so on this site and in the apps, and say what changes. Until then, this page applies.
